Color: very intense ruby red.
Nose: Notes of cherry with hints of undergrowth, wild grass and anise.
Palate: Ample, enchanting, balanced, with soft tannins and strong minerality thanks to the volcanic nature of the land.
Red meats, roasts, braised meats, mature cheeses.
